The machine utilizes a unique planetary action, meaning the beaters spin independently while making continual rotations. This motion ensures that ingredients are blended all the way to the edge of the bowl for thorough mixing. Fitted with an ergonomic handle, the 5-qt. stainless-steel bowl locks to the base.
