A well-devised tool that began as a single piece of stainless steel. This once flattened steel is curved at a precise angle and molded at the end into an extra wide, flat bottom scoop that retrieves even the tiniest particles of food from the bottom of the pan; the fine perforations remove froth as well as fried items from hot oils. The handle has rounded edges (no obtrusive angles whatsoever) and a grooved handle that sits perfectly in the hand. A handsomely curved loop on the end lets you hang and display it on your Rosle Rail System. A better tool, a heavier tool, a more well thought-out tool you'll be hard-pressed to find.
